Who we are

Transact Advisory is a professional consultancy founded by Gary Beesley.

Gary is a Registered Land Agent in SA and a CPA qualified accountant with over 30 years experience in the Real Estate industry.

Prior to starting Edge Recruitment, specialising in property and real estate, he was General Manager and Financial Controller at South Australia's largest independent residential and commercial real estate company. In that role Gary also managed and negotiated business sales for the group including many transactions involving rent rolls and real estate practices.

The recently transacted sale of a majority shareholding in Edge Recruitment has provided Gary with an in depth understanding of a business sale from the principals perspective.
